Charanjeet Singh
Charanjeet Singh’s journey has taken him from a career at sea, to the corporate world, and ultimately to exploring what it means to live well. In 2018, a health setback transformed a lifelong curiosity about the brain, biology, and human behaviour into a deeply personal pursuit. What began as a path to recovery became an ongoing exploration of how we think, feel, connect, and thrive - an exploration that eventually led to the creation of Unoccupied Spaces.
Arshpreet Singh
Arshpreet Singh's journey began with the guitar, where years of performing and exploring music deepened his understanding of rhythm, melody, and human connection. His path later led him to the handpan, an instrument that opened the doors to a more meditative and immersive musical experience. Drawn by the profound impact of sound on the mind and body, he gradually stepped into the world of sound healing. Today, Arshpreet blends guitar, handpan, and therapeutic sound practices to create experiences that inspire relaxation, balance, and inner well-being.
